John R. Wenburg PhD, 78, of The Villages, FL passed away on the morning of November 27, 2019.
John was born to Floyd and Gayle Wenburg in 1941 in Cozad, Nebraska.
John married Roberta (Bobbie) Wenburg in 2010. John is survived by his three children: Johnna Jackson, Jill and Greg Dorff of Lincoln, NB, and John K. Wenburg of Alaska. He is also survived by three grandchildren: Mikayla Dorff, Jackson Marx, and Cally Dorff also of Lincoln, NB.
John was a business consultant for British Airways, General Motors, United States Post Office, Aon, and other large companies that took him world wide. In his earlier years, John worked as a college professor. John Wenburg was a motivational speaker and changed many lives for the better.
John followed in his father's footsteps in his love for geology. He prided himself on his fishing trophies. John's constant companions were Branson and Fannie, his dogs and he is missed always.







Our deepest sympathies to all the family at this very sad time. As we mourn the loss of our very good friend, Jay Dubya, we look back on the many special times we had together…..so many good memories and stories to keep in our hearts forever!
