  1. I knew Joe when we both lived in the Roaring Fork Valley near Aspen, Colorado, in the early 1980’s. My best friend is his brother Warren. Joe was easy to get along with and always very fun. He played on our company softball team and his motto was “we may not always win the game but we will definitely win the party afterwards!” Rest In Peace. And condolences to the family.
