Julia Kelley Newcomb of Callahan, FL. passed away on July 22, 2020.
She is survived by her Husband, Arthur Newcomb. She had two kids and five grandchildren. Son Josh Newcomb, and wife Candace Newcomb. Daughter Krista King, and husband James King. Grandchildren Jeremy, Jordy and Jody Newcomb, along with Adriana and Clayton King.

I had only recently heard about Julie’s passing. I remember her as always smiling and being a genuinely sweet person. RIP Julie.
