Born in: Jacksonville, Florida
Resided in: Saint Johns, Florida

Kristina Elaine “Kristi” Holtz, 40, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on May 30, 2026, in her hometown. Born on March 22, 1986, in Jacksonville, Kristi was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and friend whose presence brought warmth and light to those around her.

Kristi graduated from high school in Jacksonville and pursued her passion for helping others by taking college courses in nursing. Her kind and caring nature made her a natural fit for the field. She was known for her determination and compassion—qualities that left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered.

From an early age, Kristi had a love for sports. She grew up playing softball and volleyball and cherished the camaraderie of being with her friends on and off the field. As she grew older, she discovered a new creative outlet in painting. Her talent as an artist was remarkable, and her works reflected both her skill and the depth of her personality.

Kristi’s striking blonde hair and blue eyes were often remarked upon as a reflection of her father’s features. Beyond her physical beauty, it was her vibrant spirit that truly defined her. She had an innate ability to connect with people through her kindness and unwavering determination.

She is survived by her loving mother, Gretchen Holtz; her devoted sister, Amy Brown; and her cherished daughter, Julianna Holtz. Kristi also leaves behind multiple nieces—Kaylee, Kyleigh, Emily, and Skylar—and one nephew, Luke Brown. Also, other family members, aunts, and uncles. Her family meant everything to her, and she treasured the time spent with them.

Kristi was predeceased by her father, Hubert Holtz, and her grandmother, Gretchen Farley. Their memories remained close to Kristi’s heart throughout her life.

Though Kristi’s time with us was far too short, the impact she made will be felt for years to come. Her memory will live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

May Kristina Elaine “Kristi” Holtz rest in peace as we honor the beautiful legacy she leaves behind.

Crevasse’s Simple Cremation is honored to serve the Holtz family.
