Mary peacefully passed away with family around her on Saturday, August 15th. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Murray; her children, Ryan (Maggie and their daughters, Ava and Lou) Kylie, Jordan (Rebecca), and Ben; and her six siblings.
Given all her struggles, especially in the last few years, she always remained positive through everything that she endured and fought with grace, faith, and kindness.
Family was everything to Mary. For 45 years, she shared a beautiful and loving marriage with her husband, Murray, a bond that was truly something special. Their love, devotion, and life together were the best example to what it means to find your person and cherish them for a lifetime.
She loved watching her four children grow and celebrating their accomplishments. She cherished the simple moments with her kids the most like playing games, watching movies, and sharing the laughter that made moments so special.
She especially loved being a grandma and her two granddaughters brought her a special kind of happiness, and she treasured every moment she got to FaceTime and spend with them.
Mary may no longer be here to make new memories, but she certainly left us with a lifetime of wonderful ones. Her greatest legacy will always be the family and friends she loved so deeply and the love she gave them every single day.
The family wishes to thank the team of doctors and nurses at Mayo Clinic that took amazing care of her for the last 20 years and also thank you to the team at Community Hospice for their compassionate care.
Crevasse’s Simple Cremation is honored to serve the Albrecht family.
