Michael Smith

Michael Cleveland Smith, 58 passed away on Wednesday, November 30th 2016 @
Shands hospital. Born in Providence, R.I. on March 8, 1958, to Frederic Sr and Lillian
Smith. He graduated from GHS in 1976. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard. Owned and
operated Gator Design, with his children Tyler and Tricia. He LOVED the Florida Gators.
He had a great sense of humor loved to joke around. He was a very hard worker and a
perfectionist. He was a very devoted and loving father/Grandpa. He is survived by his
daughter, Tricia Smith-Vazquez/Husband Cesar, Tyler Michael Smith (son),
Grandchildren: Ashton Jose, Aiden Lestat, Angel Isaiah, and Jensen Michael
Gainesville, FL. Mother: Lillian Annette Andrews-Smith. Siblings: Sherry and Sam, Frederic
S. and Anna Smith, Charles and Maryann Smith. Predeceased: Frederic Sterry Smith Sr.,
Sierra “Mups” Smith.

eyes to think how we cherished every moment of our lives with you together when you
