Rachelle Lynn Smith

March 20, 1970 ~ May 15, 2026

Born in: Landstuhl, Germany
Resided in: Bell, FL

Rachelle Smith was born on March 20, 1970, in Landstuhl, Germany, and passed away peacefully on May 15, 2026, surrounded by family. She leaves behind family and friends who loved her deeply and will forever cherish her memory.

Rachelle is survived by her parents, Linda and Bill Thomas; her daughter, Ronni Lynn Eade (Alek); her grandson, Damon; her sister, Kelli Keith (Michael); her nephew, Nate; her sister by heart, Diana Dewitt (Ronnie); her longtime partner, Ronnie Wilson; her best friend, Tiffanie Clemons (Jeff); her cousin, Staci McGovern (Mike), who was always there for her; and many other cousins and loved ones.

Rachelle had a lifelong love for horses. She was a barrel racer and horse trainer, with a natural connection to them that reflected her patience, courage, and free spirit. Horses were not just something she loved; they were part of who she was. Whether she was riding, training, caring for them, or simply near them, Rachelle found joy and peace in their presence. Her time with horses showed her strength, her gentleness, and her ability to build trust with both animals and people.

Rachelle also loved music, especially 80s hair bands and Adam Ant. Music brought out her fun-loving side and was part of the joy and silliness people loved about her. She loved easily, forgave even more easily, and had a way of making people laugh when they needed it most.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who loved her.
