  3. Just Close your eyes and you will see all the memories you have of me.  Just sit and relax and you will find I’m really still there inside your mind.  Don’t cry for me now that I am gone for I am in the land of song.  There is no pain, there is no fear, so dry away that silent tear.  Don’t think of me in the dark and cold.  For here I am, no longer old.  I’m in that place that’s filled with love known to you all as,  “Heaven above”. I love you Mamma, and I know you’re looking down smiling.  This is not good-bye, just a see ya soon!

  4. Dana, I am so sorry for your loss. I have many wonderful childhood  memories spending time with you and your parents. Praying for you and your family. Love, Courtney

  5. Dear sweet Dana- Larry and I are heartbroken for your loss. I will never forget the tap dance your mom and I ( and your dad) worked so hard to learn so we could be in your dance recital. We were so nervous- my legs were quivering. I understand you helped your mom a lot- a very honorable thing to do. God bless you. We have moved to South Ga – but email me anytime.  Love- Mrs. Page

  6. So many laughs and memories that I will forever cherish, and no more getting" womperjawed" for us. 😂 I love you, sweet lady! Hug Jesus for me! See you later, Precious.

  7. Dana, I went through what you are going through now. Just know you are in my prayers and in my heart. I feel like I helped raise you anyway with all the good times we shared with your mom (Sally) and your dad (Phil) and of course the "Van Clan". Please know that your mom was loved and she will be missed in a lot of lives.

  8. Dana,  So sorry for loss.  You have been and will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.  I have many great memories of you and your family.  Many hugs Love you girl 😘

  9. Dana, we are so very saddened by your loss.  Your mom was a wonderful, sweet lady with an infectious laugh!!!  Cherish all the wonderful memories and may God give you peace and strength.  Our love, prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. Love, Pam and Jimmy

  10. Dana, you and your family are on my heart and in my prayers. I spent a lot of fun times playing Bunko with Sally decades ago. It is a blessing to think of Sally being pain free in Heaven once again reunited with your Dad.

  11. Soooo sorry for your loss.  I am fondly remembering my childhood on West Road, and your fun, loving family.  Sally was always so beautiful and fun, with her northern accent… 🙂   I am thankful for her life and kindness to us.  God bless you all as you adjust to her absence.  Sincerely, Dale Jarrett

  12. Dana, I am so sorry that you’ve lost your mom. She was a sweet person who I was very fond of. You may recall that I worked with your Dad for many years at Grumman. I thought about him today so decided to look up your mom to reach out to her and ran accross  her obituary.  God bless you and your family.
