  1. So very sorry to hear our friend is gone. Left this earth far to soon but left behind a treasure of memories that will last forever.  Go find that Packer game in the sky Sue, coach is waiting!

  2. I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I know she will be up there with her dad and rest of the family cheering on the Packers to reach the super bowl again.

  3. My love thoughts and prayers are with family and friends friends, go rest high on that mountain your work on earth is done, RIP my dear friend I Love You susan, until we meet again

  4. I met Susie (Susan) one Sunday afternoon when she was at The Redwood Inn for a Chicken Dinner.   We talked about her living in De Pere in her duplex and invited me to come see her. She was a quiet, kind lady and we talked for quite  some time. Reminiscing about her dad and the players. RIP SUSAN. You will be missed.

  5. I am so so sad to learn of the passing of my dear friend, Susan. We had so many wonderful memories together, dating back to high school, and most recently when I met her at Lombardi‘s  where she invited us to meet a gentleman who wrote the book, Green Bay, a City and Its Team. We took way too many trips to the Prom Ballroom and played more card games of gin in her basement than I care to count. But, my most outstanding memory would have to be serving as maid of honor in her first wedding. I would love it if Margaret Ann would reach out to me, as I remember her as a small baby. God‘s blessings on all of Susan‘s children and grandchildren. ❤️

  6. I am so so sad to learn about the passing of my dear friend, Susan. So many memories dating from high school to just a few years ago, when she asked me to dine at Lombardi’s with her and our friend, PJ, to meet the man who wrote the book, Green Bay, A City and It’s Team. So many crazy, fun memories from high school, like when I’d drop her off at Prange’s to work while I tooled around in her Thunderbird! My fondest memory was definitely being her maid of honor for her first wedding. I would love to share more with Margaret Ann, who I remember as a baby, if she would like to reach out through my email. Blessings and peace to all her children. I, too, will miss that beautiful smile and laugh of hers.
    Love, Judith 😘❤️🙏

  7. Letter to Susie,
So many nice memories we shared from early teenage days…going to New York to see the 1964 World’s Fair and staying with your Aunt Marge, traveling on the bus with “the team” for away games and you teaching me how to drive in that gorgeous Thunderbird after I drove my parents crazy! Maybe you remember how I taught you how to sail in Waupaca? Who can forget the Academy, summer dances at the park in De Pere, learning how to skateboard (you were pretty good!) and getting into all kinds of trouble normal teenage girls do. We all will surely miss you. Love from your old friend, Mary

  8. Oh my dear Susie…what a time we had! From grade school through high school. So many memories…watching reruns of Marlon Brando with Marie when Coach was travelling with the team; treks in the thunderbird; having parties when we shouldn't have been; high school adventures too numerous to count. We were fortunate to come through it all relatively unscathed. Your wonderful personality, kindness and selflessness on this earth will be missed. Godspeed Susie. We love you. Blessings for your children and grandchildren. Love, Chops

  9. Dear Susan, You are a great person to know and I'm glad I got to know you. You were my second home when I needed a place for the heart. We met by you putting me to work in Lake Placid Fl, and ended friends. You even went to court for me up a flight of stairs, just to be a character witness and boy was that other lawyer mad. My lawyer wanted to meet you and so did the judge but we all know how things can get. Time goes on, and I pray that we will meet again. May God Bless you and everyone you touched…

  10. I have been a life long Packer fan for over 50 years and your dad was my hero.
I came across your passing today while reading about Joe Lombardi.
While I never met you I feel like I knew you after reading everything I could about your Dad and family.
    May you Rest In Peace.

  12. I had the privilege and honor of providing medical care for her.  I remember asking her, upon noticing her last name, if she was related to Vince.  I about fell off my stool when she replied in the affirmative. Such a kind, modest, and humble lady. Her father, I’m sure, was very proud of her.
