Susan was a very strong and amazing person. It was a pleasure working for her the last 5 years at Black Knight. She was a true mentor and friend. She will truly be missed and always remembered. Prayers and condolences to her family.
Mrs. Susan was an amazing, intelligent and strong woman who could brighten up any room when she walked into it. I am so glad to have been under her leadership. She brought so much joy, and wisdom to us. I am truly going to miss her very much. My prayers go out to her family and loved ones.
For almost as long as I can remember, Susan was a part of Bob's life and I watched her assimilate into his family effortlessly and become the best mother her children, now fine adults, could ask for. She will be missed, the transition to a life without her will never get easier – and it shouldn't. But it will become more manageable. I wish so I could do more than to say that I've been there and I'm there for Bob and the entire family.
Susan is a great person she can sort any type of issue with her leadership. She is a strong team player and a she is a great asset to the company. People when they leave then only we know their value. It is real we are missing her presence. Prayers to their family. Miss you mam.

I was so saddened to hear of Susan’s passing. I worked with Susan within the Black Knight finance area and always enjoyed a quick chat now-and-then (baking cookies, the Children’s Christmas Party of Jacksonville, etc.). She will be missed. My heartfelt condolences to her family as they go through this difficult time.
My thoughts and prayers to Susan's family and all who had the honor of knowing her. She was an amazing woman, friend and Mentor. I am so blessed to have known her and had a wonderful adventure to India with her. I will forever have her smile and laugh in my heart. And, of course her love of cake. God Bless, you will be missed.
I am thankful to have been given the opportunity to know and work with Susan over the years at Black Knight. She has always been a joy to work with and will surely be missed by many of us. My prayers go out to her family for peace during this time.
