My deepest condolences go out to Billy’s friends and family. I had the pleasure of getting to know him this past four years working as a gas station at Costco where Billy was one of several drivers who delivered fuel to us. He was an all-around good guy. I will cherish all the memories and conversations I had with Billy. He will definitely be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.
