  1. I have been avoiding this….. But
No one is ever ready for this day. Me and William were together for 10yrs and married 7yrs. He was my best friend before drugs took his life over. We have three handsome boys together. We had many great memories and some bad. You never know what life has in store for you. I thought I was prepared for this day…. Giving the circumstances that lead up to this day… But I was wrong. When you left you took a piece of my heart with you. You may be gone but you gave me three boys to hold onto. You can finally rest now and be in peace. No more demons to fight. You will forever be in my heart.

  2. We all deserve a parent who tells us how brilliant and amazing we are. Billy was that parent. Every time I called him, without fail he would say, “Hey, I love you, and I’m proud of you.” Just hearing those words lifted my spirits from any dark places they were dwelling. I didn’t realize until he was gone just how much I depended on him when I was feeling depressed or unsure of myself. I want to honor him as best I can with these words… Billy had been with my mom for the last ten years, My stepdad, however, was someone I could count on If I was struggling with a decision or confused about my feelings, he was there to help me work through it. I refuse to remember the bad side of you cause there was so many good memories with you. I just feel like you chased the wrong path to take, I wish things were different but at least I can say your not suffering anymore. I love you stepdad…
